3. Q. Are we expected to file all proceedings (such as the Charge Sheet, Memorandum of Appearance, Bail Applications, etc.) as though we are instituting the action from the beginning?
Answer: NO. That has been assumed. See also the Memorandum to participants.
4. Q. Are we permitted or required to fabricate evidence in alignment with the Moot Problem to tender such during our case presentation?
Answer: YES. The prosecutor will produce evidence showing CHIEF AARE AGBAYE’s alleged breaches and guilt in accordance with the Legal points raised for the Prosecution in the Moot Facts. The defence will focus on nullifying all such evidence and establishing his innocence in accordance with the Legal points raised for the Defence in the Moot Facts. All piece or pieces of evidence are to be attached to and submitted with the Memorial (written addresses) and are assumed to have been tendered and admitted in evidence. Note that the weight to be attached or not to be attached is left for respective counsel to adumbrate upon.
5. Q. Should the legal question(s) in the Moot Problem form the basis of our Issues for Determination?
Answer: YES. That way Teams will not swing surprises on their opponents!
6. Q. Concerning the Semi-final, Legal Opinion question, are we to provide a general legal opinion addressing the positions of both parties, or are we to adopt a specific side and answer all questions from that perspective?

7. Q. Is the case before a tribunal or court of law. Answer: Regular Trial Court in a Criminal Case
8. Q. Do we need to draft normal court processes for this Moot?
